Repair of laser printers, copiers and fax machines are normally done on-site at the Customers office. Here are the steps:
1. Call up to place a service call at (940) 442-6886.
2. Please give us the correct Make and Model number of the machine.
3. State the problem that the machine is having.
After On-Site finds out what type of machine you have and the problem it is having, we will let you know what our service rates are and how fast we can get out to repair your machine.
So If your machine is down and needs service, call us at (940) 442-6886, you'll be glad you did!
